Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully as it varies depending on the type of product ordered.

HAIR PRODUCTS (Wigs & Extensions)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we have a strict return policy to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

To be eligible for a return, hair products must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Free of any odors, styling products, or signs of wear

We do NOT accept returns on any hair products that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way. No exceptions.

ACCESSORIES (Hair Ties, Scarves & More)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Not damaged or altered by the customer

For hygiene reasons, hair ties, bonnets, and any accessories that come in direct contact with the hair or scalp must also be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Support@mygentlecrown.com.  Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return 

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

SHIPPING COSTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
